We understand the beauty of working remotely, but we’re not naive to its very specific challenges. To ensure our team is always responsive to your needs, we operate on Central Standard Time.
Official business hours and when we reply to client emails, tasks and meetings are Monday to Friday 9:30am – 7:00pm Central Standard Time.
We take off all federal and state holidays unless otherwise noted. We’ll notify you of any additional out-of-office time as far in advance as possible.
We adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. We take your confidentiality very seriously. If we need to use your credit card, we will shred the info after one use. Should the business tasks be allocated to someone internally (i.e.we bring on a new team member to support us), it is acknowledged that the Client should be introduced to the new Transaction Coordinator and approve the change before further work commences.
